NVQ Level 3 Occupational Work Supervision

The following outcomes have been achieved by those completing the Occupational Work Supervision NVQ training.

Supervisors at one company are now eligible for the CSCS Gold Supervisors card which will demonstrate to clients and main contractors their qualified status in supervising their teams on site – this may also help the company in winning contracts by demonstrating the companies commitment to training and qualifying their work force.

Contracts Managers at another company are now eligible for the CSCS Black Management Card which demonstrates to clients and main contractors that they have a strong qualified managerial team. This is now a requirement of many public contracts to even be allowed to tender so it positions the company well against its competitors.

Grant funding may be available dependent on any previous NVQ training undertaken.
